Ensuring we can assist our Autistic members with more independence locally, socialisation and learning new skills is something we do and should celebrate often not just in Autism Awareness Week.

As volunteers our young people and adults inspire me everyday to try and assist make a difference in their lives with encouragement and support.

Making the vlogs as we do with Sam has given us a charity a focus to shout out about treating people with respect and supporting others to understand that learning disabilities are just a different abilities. Employers, neighbours, members of the public should not be frightened or put off employing or working in some way together all celebrating and learning together more about Autism.
